Terms of Service
Gollby terms of service, refunds and contact information.
Service and accounts
Gollby supports content planning, generation, review and publishing. You are responsible for accurate account data, access security, workspace members and the legality of submitted materials.
AI and platforms
AI output can be inaccurate and requires human review. You retain rights to your materials and grant Gollby a limited licence to process them to provide the service. Published content must comply with connected platform rules.
Plans and payment
Plans run for 30 days and are paid in Telegram Stars. Access activates after payment confirmation and is subject to plan limits.
Prohibited use
Illegal content, spam, fraud, infringement, limit circumvention, attacks and unauthorized collection of personal data are prohibited.
Termination and liability
Access may be restricted for breach, security risk or non-payment. The service is provided as available. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Ukrainian law applies.
Refund Policy
Refunds for Gollby plans paid with Telegram Stars.
Digital service
A plan activates immediately after Telegram confirms payment and provides 30-day limits.
Eligible cases
Contact support@gollby.com.ua within 14 days for failed activation, duplicate charges or a confirmed service fault. Include the plan, date and Telegram payment charge ID.
Limits
Consumed generations and published content may be considered. Refunds use Telegram mechanisms and remain subject to mandatory consumer law.
